 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 87  (ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: LOCAL OPTION &          
 MISC.) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for             
 the pleasure of the committee.                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 87 be                
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
